Cancellation Policy

If it is necessary to change or cancel your event, we request you do so a minimum of 30 days in advance. Regretfully, if we do not receive the notice of cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded. For the Simple Bridal party, a seven day advance is requested or you may be charged in full for your scheduled service.


In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your own discretion. An amount of 15 percent to 20 percent is customary.

Returned Check Policy

There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned check.
